Considerations

  • Your studio time commences upon entering the studio for setup and concludes once cleanup is complete, and you’ve exited. Please plan your timeframes thoughtfully, ensuring you have ample time without feeling rushed.
  • We kindly request that studio time reservations and payments be made by the photographer, videographer, agency, or production company rather than the model or client.
  • Should you require additional time while in the studio, please promptly notify us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Upon completion, we ask that you leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived.

Cancellation Policy for Photo/Video Shoots

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule your shoot, please adhere to the following notice periods based on the length of your reservation:


  • 3 Hours or Less Booking: 48-hour notice required
  • 3.5-8 Hour Booking: 7-day notice required
  • Over 8-Hour Booking: 7-day notice required


Please note that severe weather warnings issued by local weather services do not require prior notice for rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
